Learn how to navigate our CMMC GRC platform and make the most of our cybersecurity compliance tools.

1. Account Creation

Step 1

Create your account to get started with CMMC assessments and compliance tools.

Steps to create your account:

Navigate to the Sign Up page
Click the "Sign Up" button in the navigation bar or visit cmmc.mc3technologies.com/signup/

Fill in your information
Enter your email address, create a secure password, and provide any additional required information

Verify your email
Check your email inbox for a verification link and click it to activate your account

Wait for approval
Your account will be reviewed by an administrator. Once approved, you'll receive a confirmation email and can start using the platform

2. Assessment and Report Generation

Step 2

Create and complete CMMC assessments to evaluate your cybersecurity compliance posture, then generate detailed reports from your completed assessments.

Creating a new assessment:

Go to the Assessments page
Navigate to cmmc.mc3technologies.com/assessments/ from the navigation menu or dashboard

Select assessment level
Choose the CMMC level you want to assess (e.g., CMMC Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3)

Create new assessment
Click the "Create New Assessment" button and select your desired level and version. You will be automatically redirected to the assessment page to begin filling it out.

Taking an assessment:

Open your assessment
From the Assessments page, click "Enter Assessment" on any in-progress assessment to continue or start filling it out

Answer questions
Progress through the questionnaire, answering each question based on your organization's current cybersecurity practices. Your progress is automatically saved. Once you've answered all questions (100% completion), the assessment will automatically be marked as completed and you'll be notified. At 100% completion, you can generate reports from your completed assessment.

Generating a report:

Complete an assessment
First, ensure you have a completed assessment. Only completed assessments can generate reports

Go to the Assessments page
Navigate to https://cmmc.mc3technologies.com/assessments/ where you'll see all your completed assessments

Generate the report
Find your completed assessment and click the "Generate Report" button. The system will process your assessment data and create a comprehensive compliance report. You will be automatically redirected to the report page once it's generated.

View and download your report
Once generated, you can view the report online, print it, or get an AI-generated overview. Reports include compliance scores, recommendations, and detailed analysis

Note: Reports provide detailed insights into your compliance status, including areas that meet requirements and areas that need improvement. Use the AI overview feature for a quick summary of your report!

3. AI Chatbot Assistance

Step 3

Get real-time assistance from our AI-powered MC3 Cyber Assistant for guidance on assessments, compliance questions, and policy recommendations.

Using the AI chatbot:

Open the chat
Look for the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of any page and click it to open the AI assistant interface

Ask your questions
Type your questions about CMMC compliance, assessment questions, cybersecurity policies, or any other related topics. The AI is context-aware and can help based on your current page or assessment data

Get personalized help
The AI assistant provides tailored guidance based on your current context. For example, if you're on an assessment page, it can help explain questions or provide recommendations

Tip:The AI chatbot only has context while you're taking your assessment and viewing your report. For the most relevant assistance, ask questions while on those pages.
